 | Designed for waterborne operations The MSD575 SR provides the robustness of Mustang's Tactical Operations Dry Suit, designed for US Coast Guard helicopter vertical insertion teams, with the high visibility and padding required in a swift water environment. The Mustang Swift Water Rescue Dry Suit provides maximum protection without sacrificing the mobility and comfort required for long duration wear in adverse environments. The breathable GORE-TEX laminate base fabric is supplemented with Kevlar leg and seat patches to provide extreme abrasion resistance against rocks and debris. The integrated GORE-TEX sock keeps feet dry and accomodates both industrial and dive footwear. The zippered boot over cuff acts as a gravel guard against small debris entering a boot. Cushioned patches on the knees and elbows provide additional protection during prone movement. The suit's internal suspender system provides an almost "custom fit" over the range of sizes, ensuring maximum mobility. The patented CCS™ Closed Comfort System adjustable neck seal provides a comfortable fit while on land and a watertight seal when drawn tight and provides increased durability compared to traditional latex seals. The diagonal waterproof entry zipper and horizontal waterproof relief zipper ensure easy entry and crew comfort during extended operations.
